A women's health and weight loss company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Reputation and Community Associate.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Promoting community engagement and providing exceptional support
- Routing escalated messages to appropriate departments
- Provideing technical, motivational, and membership related responses
Position Requirements Include:
- 1+ years of customer service experience
- Previous e-commerce and social media experience
- Passion for fitness, healthy living, and customer support
- Evaluating potential sources for customer dissatisfaction
- Demonstrated ability to diffuse tense situations
- Ability to remain collected and level-headed during difficult customer situations
