Job Summary
A research company is filling a position for a Remote Research and Analytics Client Relationship Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Nurture account retention and portfolios
- Maintain client base and corresponding retention volume
- Handle all renewal order management
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Associates’ degree, plus 3-5 years’ related experience in sales or customer service, or equivalent
- Understanding of consultative selling and strategic account management
- Ability to maintain professional demeanor under pressure
- Capacity to learn and effectively utilize SalesForce
- Ability to analyze, compare, evaluate, reconcile and draw meaningful conclusions
