Job Summary
A sleep fitness company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Research and Development Algorithm Engineer.
Must be able to:
- Design next-generation health sensor algorithms
- Develop system concepts to prototype, including sensor, electrical, mechanical, and software engineers
- Perform data analysis, signal processing, and algorithm development
Qualifications for this position include:
- BS and/or MS in Computer Science or Engineering with 3+ years of industry experience
- Experience working with physiological signals, and knowledge of the underlying human physiology
- Excellent Python programming and object-oriented design skills
- Comfortable ingesting, cleaning, visualizing, and analyzing large volumes of time-series data
- Strong command of signal processing and general algorithm development techniques
- Plus to have experience training and evaluating machine learning models
