Job Summary

An animal health company is in need of a Remote Research and Development Global Talent Acquisition Strategic Sourcing Leader.

Must be able to:

  • Develop and oversee the Global R&D recruitment marketing and branding strategy
  • Deliver directly sourced talent for highly specialized roles across R&D, building a talent pipeline
  • Proactively research, assess, and define innovative sourcing methodologies to meet business recruitment goals

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • 5+ years experience in R&D
  • 5+ years experience in Digital Marketing
  • Bachelor's Degree or relevant work experience in lieu of degree
  • 5+ years work experience with specific experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, or Strategic Sourcing
