Job Summary
A medical equipment company is seeking a Remote Research and Development Operations Processes Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Leading cross-functional projects to successful execution
- Documenting the R&D and Operations processes
- Participating in end-to-end activities related to implementation planning
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Finance, or equivalent
- 10+ years of demonstrated, qualified lean experience in a leadership role
- 2 - 3 years of experience managing CI/Lean initiatives in a multi-site, multi-division situation
- Brownfield lean transformation experience or equivalent transformation experience
- Celonis Process Mining experience
- Advanced knowledge/proficiency in Microsoft Office
