Job Summary

A global manufacturer and marketer of consumer and professional products is filling a position for a Remote Research and Development Regulatory Associate Director.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Leading a team of direct reports with responsibility for coaching, development, and performance appraisal
• Managing the International regulatory team to ensure compliance across a broad product portfolio
• Serving as regulatory leader on all complex international compliance matters

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in life sciences, engineering, or business management field
• Minimum of 10 years of experience related to regulatory compliance of consumer products
• Strong sensitivity for a multicultural/multinational environment
• Demonstrated managerial experience with the ability to coach, motivate and lead others
• Strong communication skills with the proficiency at conveying complex regulatory information
