Job Summary

A biotechnology company is seeking a Remote Research and Development Senior Systems Engineer.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Architecting, designing, implementing, and supporting infrastructure and systems solutions
• Driving adoption of best practices to provide enterprise-level IT services
• Understanding R&D application architecture

Position Requirements Include:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent
• 8+ years of systems design, implementation and administration experience
• Experience with using cloud services and migrating applications to cloud infrastructure
• Ability to manage and prioritize workload and engage R&D and IT management
• Ability to work with consultants on topic specific initiatives
• Ability to quickly learn, evaluate and resource new technologies for pertinence to R&D functions
