Job Summary
A cleaning products manufacturer is in need of a Remote Research and Development Specialty Division Vice President.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Developing strategic innovation plans
- Driving the innovation agenda and meet innovation goals for the division
- Being a key contributor to developing high performing, diverse teams, evolving our innovations
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Requires experience working cross functionally with Marketing, Sales and Product Supply
- >15 years experience with proven track record in new technology, product, process and packaging development
- Has experience with influencing leadership teams with general manager mindset
- Must have a strong background in consumer needs-based innovation
- Has led large organizations and demonstrated the ability to attract, retain, and engage technical and non-technical talent
