Job Summary
A cross-sector alliance of nonprofit, community organizations is filling a position for a Remote Research and Evaluation Director.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Collaboratively executing all aspects of community and program impact evaluation
- Contributing to development and evolution of organization’s strategic measurement frameworks
- Leading execution of rapid design, measurement, analysis, reporting, and program impact evaluations
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 5+ years of experience conducting applied social science research, program and impact evaluation
- Experience designing/leading program evaluation and research projects
- Expert data manager and analyst with proficiency in Excel, Salesforce, Qualtrics, SPSS, Stata, SAS, NVivo, etc
- Consultation and facilitation skills necessary to convene key collaborators
- Strong translational skills, effective written and verbal communication, presentation skills
- Deep knowledge of the youth-supporting nonprofit sector
