Job Summary
An e-learning company is in need of a Remote Research and Impact Director.
Must be able to:
- Lead the research agenda of Company's education technology products
- Run multiple studies designed to prove-out hypotheses about student outcomes
- Build a team designed to enable and scale the research agenda
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 10+ years experience in learning science research
- Numerous examples of how you led the successful design of learning studies
- You’ve grown and led a high-performing team
- Your team’s work has led to measurable improvements in key outcomes
- Ability to translate key findings and challenges to a variety of audiences
- A demonstrated ability to handle multiple concurrent workflows
