Job Summary
A scientific staffing company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Research and Technical Operations Contracts Coordinator.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Be the primary contact between Research and Technical Operations and Legal for new contracts
- Coordinate workflow between the Legal Department and the Research and Technical Operations functions
- Develop and sustain long-standing relationships with company-approved vendors
Qualifications for this position include:
- High school diploma with 2+ years’ experience
- Ability to manage priorities effectively and proactively communicate issues
- Track record of delivering in a fast-paced environment while remaining flexible
- Strong customer focus with stakeholders, functional peers, external collaborators, and vendors
