Job Summary

A technology company is filling a position for a Remote Research Assistant in Austin.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Answering questions directed to the Research department
• Using duplication tools to merge records created
• Ongoing review campaigns using Salesforce and Excel

• Familiar with Salesforce
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Attention to detail and ability to organize and switch between several tasks at once

• Confident in learning about new tools, processes, and technologies
• Proficient in Excel and G Suite
