- 10+ years of experience leading a team or teams in a B2B Enterprise SaaS environment
- Established record of launching consumer software products or platforms
- Exceptional management and coaching skills
- Ability to mobilize the entire organization towards a common goal
- Explain your product portfolio's roadmap across departments and geographies
- Ability to inspire and lead through influence of large teams of designers, engineers, and collaborators
