Job Summary
A biotech research and development company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Research Project Manager.
Must be able to:
- Support cross-functional project teams in development of timelines, planning, and executing on research activities
- Collaborate with Project Team Leaders and counterparts to support management, and alignment of team and partners
- Partner with the Project Team Leaders to identify risks and mitigations, and ensure timely problem solving
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Six or more years of hands-on project management experience or equivalent in a research environment
- Ability to assimilate new information quickly
- Excellent communication, influencing, team management, and conflict resolution skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Understanding of pre-clinical & clinical development
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills coupled with the ability to work both independently and in a team environment
