A retail data science, insights and media company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Research Scientist.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Develop scalable machine learning / deep learning solutions for real time personalization
- Improve, create and innovate using data and complex analytics
- Solve current complex business problems while anticipating and charting future research needs
Skills and Requirements Include:
- PhD in machine learning, computer science/engineering, applied mathematics, statistics, etc
- Extensive experience in machine learning / deep learning
- Experience in Python as well as experience using modern machine learning / deep learning tools
- Knowledge of distributed and cloud platform, such as Azure data bricks environment
- Good understanding of convex optimization
- Ability to lead and work collaboratively to drive towards common goals
