Job Summary

A research and advisory firm has a current position open for a Remote Research Senior Software Developer.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Building and automating the deployment of Middleware APIs
  • Working on ingestion platforms using Java, Scala, Python and AWS cloud services
  • Collaborating with Quality Assurance & helping write automated tests to ensure data integrity and prevent data loss

Qualifications Include:

  • Degree in Computer Science or related technical fields
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in software development
  • Expertise with Java
  • Experience building RESTful APIs
  • Strong understanding of OOPS, Design principles and Distributed systems
  • Hands on Experience with Spring Security, JDBC 2.0, Hibernate/JPA
