A higher education research services company has a current position open for a Remote Research Services Member Relations Strategic Advisor.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Onboarding new members and gaining their adoption and engagement
- Eliciting feedback from members to ensure that service offerings align with the market
- Providing professional after-sales support to enhance the members’ benefits
