Job Summary
An investigative services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Research Specialist Team Lead.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Assisting in establishing, monitoring, and meeting departmental goals
- Ensuring assigned employees meet quality and TAT benchmarks
- Overseeing and interacting with in-house researchers and vendors in domestic and international research
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Deep knowledge of legal and court terminology
- Ability to Troubleshoot and Discern When Escalation is Necessary
- Bachelor's Degree in related field or minimum 2 years team lead experience in consumer reporting data research field
- Experience leading a high performing team
- PBSA Basic FCRA Certification
