Job Summary

A research company is in need of a Remote Research Strategic Planning and Activity Design Party Chief.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage SPADe implementation including buy-ins from USAID missions
• Lead and/or support the simultaneous implementation of complex activities in multiple countries
• Act as the overall lead of SPADe technical activities, field operations, and staff

Qualifications Include:

• Bachelor’s Degree + Twelve years of relevant experience
• Or Master’s Degree + Ten years of relevant experience
• Or PhD+ Eight years of relevant experience
• Ability to oversee recruitment and retention of high-quality staff and/or contractors
• Ability to represent FEWS NET at technical fora
• Strong interpersonal skills to manage multicultural and multi-disciplinary teams
