Remote Reservation Sales Agent

Job Summary

To support a sales-driven environment, the full-time Work From Home Reservation Sales Representative will manage incoming calls to book reservations, deliver exceptional customer service, and maximize revenue through effective sales strategies while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Handle 80-100 incoming calls daily to book quality reservations for multiple brands
• Apply sales techniques to convert calls into reservations while striving to exceed personal and department metrics
• Communicate professionally and provide outstanding service to ensure customer satisfaction

Required qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship
• At least 18 years old and a resident of specified states
• A minimum of one year of sales experience and two years of consecutive work experience with one employer
• Permanent residence with a defined, distraction-free working space
• Ability to attend a mandatory 4-week virtual training session
