A property management company has a current position open for a Remote Reservation Specialist in Bellmore.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Maintaining guest file database
- Answering incoming calls in a timely manner and book reservations
- Maintaining agent and team standards
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Must provide own high-speed Internet service
- Problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer issues at a high level of complexity
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, telephone etiquette, and guest service skills
- Frequently requires repetitive motion of the wrist, finger dexterity, and visual acuity for computer entry
- Must be able to use the Internet via a cable plugged directly into PC
