Job Summary

A public transportation company has an open position for a Remote Reservationist and Scheduler I.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Answering customer calls and inputs all customer rides
• Entering new customer information or changes into the system
• Providing customer service with late vehicle service

Qualifications Include:

• Travel requirement (as a percent): <5% for occasional meetings
• Ability to read, comprehend and understand maps
• Ability to read, understand, interpret, and explain transit system operating rules
• Basic math, writing, and computer skills
• High school diploma or equivalent, such as GED
