A company is looking for a Remote Resort Reservations Agent.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle calls from guests to make reservations for lodging, dining plans, tickets, and packages
• Provide high-level customer service to existing and new guests
• Match guests' wishes and desires with relevant products and services

Required Qualifications

• 0-1 year of customer service experience
• Must have a smartphone or tablet capable of downloading an app for a security token
• VOIP hardwired USB headset is required for class and servicing
• Must maintain the most recent version of Windows 11, fully patched with no pending updates
