Job Summary

An adventure travel tour operator is in need of a Remote Reservations and Support Specialist.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Handling all reservations and customer service
  • Speaking directly with customers on the phone to book their trips
  • Answering trip-related questions, managing reservations, and replying to all email support tickets

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Experience working directly in a sales or customer service role
  • Strong customer service experience; ability to speak to anyone on the phone
  • Excellent and concise written and oral communication skills
  • Demonstrated problem solving ability; can juggle many complex tasks at once
  • Dynamic and engaging personality; loves working with and talking to people
  • Comfortable talking on the phone and writing emails all day
