An adventure travel tour operator is in need of a Remote Reservations and Support Specialist.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Handling all reservations and customer service
- Speaking directly with customers on the phone to book their trips
- Answering trip-related questions, managing reservations, and replying to all email support tickets
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Experience working directly in a sales or customer service role
- Strong customer service experience; ability to speak to anyone on the phone
- Excellent and concise written and oral communication skills
- Demonstrated problem solving ability; can juggle many complex tasks at once
- Dynamic and engaging personality; loves working with and talking to people
- Comfortable talking on the phone and writing emails all day
