Job Summary
An American ultra-low-cost passenger and cargo airline has a current position open for a Remote Reservations Team Lead in Minneapolis.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Supporting assigned Assistant Manager(s) with leadership of their team of Specialist
- Coaching and developing team members through day-to-day interactions, customer feedback and call listening
- Working with assigned Assistant Manager(s) to assess performance of Specialists using available reports & documenting outcomes
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- College degree and/or 2 years’ experience in customer service/call center leadership
- OR equivalent combination of education & experience
- Experience providing coaching and mentoring
- Excellent PC skills with MS Excel, Work, and PowerPoint experience
- Work effectively with minimal supervision in a high-speed environment
- Excellent communication, organizational & problem-solving skills
