Job Summary
A global insurance company is in need of a Remote Reserving Personal Lines Actuary.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Analyzing performance of strategic partnerships and exclusive agencies
- Driving usage of agent performance analyses
- Performing reserve opinions for quota share and profit share agreements
Qualifications for this position include:
- Associateship or Fellowship in the Casualty Actuarial Society (ACAS/FCAS)
- Minimum 5-7 years relevant experience
- Sound knowledge of actuarial techniques and standards
- Ability to motivate and mentor peers and motivate and train subordinates
- Ability to build relationships and interact effectively with others
- Advanced computing skills (MS Office Excel, SAS, etc.); Ability to build complex models
