Remote Resident Clinical Pharmacist
Job Summary
A healthcare services company is in need of a Remote Resident Clinical Pharmacist.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Provide telephonic Comprehensive Medication Management services
- Provide personalized education and information
- Manage and support continuous quality improvement projects
Qualifications for this position include:
- Pharmacy degree from an ACPE-accredited institution by May 2023
- Coursework or experience in clinical informatics
- Successfully obtain Minnesota Pharmacist licensure within 6 months of hire
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
