A corporate real estate services company is seeking a Remote Resident Experience Coordinator.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Document all resident interactions thoroughly
- Advocate for and develop strong relationships with residents
- Supervise the performance of our call center agents

- Relevant experience in customer support, client services, hospitality, etc.
