Job Summary
A residential care agency has an open position for a Remote Residential Care Client Outreach Specialist.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound phone calls to pre-identified clients
- Build rapport with branch supervisors
- Build rapport with our client base
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 6-12 months Call center experience, including outbound calling
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport with a similar client base
- Demonstrated ability to work independently.
