Job Summary

A residential care agency has an open position for a Remote Residential Care Client Outreach Specialist.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

Conduct outbound phone calls to pre-identified clients
Build rapport with branch supervisors
Build rapport with our client base

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

6-12 months Call center experience, including outbound calling
Demonstrated ability to build rapport with a similar client base
Demonstrated ability to work independently.
