Job Summary

A residential care agency has an open position for a Remote Residential Care Compensation Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the company’s Compensation strategy and leads Compensation policy and procedure development
  • Lead the planning and execution of the annual compensation cycle for all Associates
  • Lead the configuration and ongoing management of the advanced Compensation module within Workday

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Accounting, Finance, Mathematics, or Economics or related field
  • 6+ years of experience in compensation program management, including experience with job architecture and incentive plan design
  • Experience with Workday configuration and Advanced Compensation Module administration
  • Experience reporting from cloud-based software as a service (SaaS) payroll and HRIS systems
  • Ability to work with all levels of management and the workforce as well as a team member
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel
