Job Summary
A residential care agency has an open position for a Remote Residential Care Compensation Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Contribute to the company’s Compensation strategy and leads Compensation policy and procedure development
- Lead the planning and execution of the annual compensation cycle for all Associates
- Lead the configuration and ongoing management of the advanced Compensation module within Workday
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Accounting, Finance, Mathematics, or Economics or related field
- 6+ years of experience in compensation program management, including experience with job architecture and incentive plan design
- Experience with Workday configuration and Advanced Compensation Module administration
- Experience reporting from cloud-based software as a service (SaaS) payroll and HRIS systems
- Ability to work with all levels of management and the workforce as well as a team member
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel
