Job Summary
A full service lender has a current position open for a Remote Residential Mortgage Business Analyst.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Fielding inquiries from Wholesale Operations and Sales staff
- Educating and empowering Account Executives and Brokers
- Identifying and executing solutions for improving efficiency of operations processes
Qualifications for this position include:
- Willingness to learn new business applications and third party software
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, manage stakeholder expectations, and share status updates with Management
- Ability to communicate with IT partners and complete assignments with little guidance
- Participate in business testing activities related to projects in both Wholesale and Enterprise portfolios
- High School Diploma required
- 2+ years residential mortgage experience
