Job Summary

A financial services company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Residential Mortgage Underwriter in Greenville.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Perform detailed underwriting analysis on Mortgage loan products
• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of Mortgage Lending products, policies, and documentation
• Request additional information and/or documentation from Processors and Originators

Qualifications Include:

• Ability to travel, occasionally overnight
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field, or equivalent education and related training
• Four years of mortgage loan underwriting experience or equivalent
• Ability to utilize mortgage automated processing system
• Proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products
