A staffing agency is seeking a Remote Residential Mortgage Underwriter in Oakland.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Applying underwriting guidelines to residential first and second mortgage loans
- Making exception recommendations or counter-offer recommendations
- Investigating and performing independent research when necessary
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 3-5 years of residential mortgage underwriting experience
- High degree of analytical abilities and negotiation skills
