Job Summary

A staffing and recruiting agency is filling a position for a Remote Residential Network Manager in Overland Park.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Define, develop, and manage operations and customer support to meet Residential Delivery service
  • Lead team of account managers and customer service to meet and exceed client expectations
  • Develop and grow carrier relationships and capacity to service clients

Qualifications Include:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience in Final Mile Home Delivery Operations (Asset or Non-Asset 5 yrs)
  • Experience in Carrier relationship management and development Bid Response (RFI, RFQ, RFP)
  • Strong prior experience growing final mile/residential delivery business
  • Computer literacy with Microsoft Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint, & Outlook
  • Experience in Account management Customer Service P&L management
