Job Summary

An IoT-enabled distributed energy company has an open position for a Remote Residential Solar Operations Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Developing and monitoring ZenDesk reporting to ensure the Operations Associates are working as a high performing team
  • Developing the Field Service Partner proposition and recruit FSPs to the network
  • Providing day-to-day management of a portfolio and client relationship

Qualifications Include:

  • Bachelor’s degree or trade qualification
  • 5-10 years of professional experience in residential solar
  • Detailed understanding of residential solar technology and industry
  • Qualified electrician with CEC solar installer accreditation
