Job Summary

A provider of title insurance and settlement services needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Residential Title Examiner.

Must be able to:

  • Abstract and analyze records
  • Perform title examination and examine the chain of title for a wide range of title orders, primarily residential
  • Resolve most issues such as missing information, incomplete, inaccurate or contradictory information

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years directly related experience
  • Multi-state title examination knowledge/experience
  • Standard MS skill set
