Job Summary

Dedicated and enthusiastic, the full-time Remote Resolution Specialist will manage customer inquiries and support the Contact Center by resolving issues related to reservations and enhancing guest experiences through effective communication and problem-solving.

Key responsibilities
  • Answer incoming calls and emails from customers, providing prompt assistance and resolving inquiries
  • Act as the primary point of contact for problem resolution and policy clarification related to reservations
  • Assist management and colleagues in enhancing contact center performance by sharing best practices for customer service
Required qualifications
  • Proficiency in Microsoft O365 applications and strong overall computer literacy
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in the travel industry is recommended but not required
  • Strong negotiation abilities with a customer-centric approach
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment
