Job Summary
A software technology company has an open position for a Remote Resource Analyst.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Optimize the utilization of staff across teams and drive resource allocation decisions
- Develop analytical reports consistent with company standards and management direction
- Identify opportunities for business process improvements and make recommendations as appropriate
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Ability to analyze data, reports and dashboards and a willingness to “dive into” systems and formulate new and better ideas on how to better support stakeholders
- Sound knowledge and application of Resource Management principles and procedures in professional services
- Proven experience in a professional service and/or a similar environment (i.e. tech/SaaS)
- Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment with conflicting priorities
