Job Summary
A technology company is filling a position for a Remote Resource Deployment Specialist.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Managing escalations by working with territory managers and regional directors
- Ensuring that revenue is maximized by staffing requests in a timely manner
- Keeping all associate assignment information accurate and up to date in Oracle HRIS
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor's degree
- 2-5 years of resourcing or staffing experience in a technical professional services environment
- Knowledge of or ability to understand the technical consulting business and industry
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and a working knowledge of reporting
- Familiarity with professional services automation tools and any business intelligence (BI) platform
- Ability to build consensus and adherence to new corporate practices in a matrixed management environment
