A technology firm has an open position for a Remote Resource Deployment Specialist.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Managing escalations by working with senior managers and directors to solve staffing challenges
- Tracking and ensuring that skill inventories are accurate and up-to-date for associate
- Managing staffing requests by working with services managers, consultants, and people managers
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent relationship management and persuasion skills
- 2-5 years of resourcing or staffing experience in a technical professional services environment
- Ability to function on your own as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of or ability to understand the technical consulting business and industry
