ttcInnovations is an outsourcing organization specializing in customized learning solutions and staff-augmentation services. We are seeking a Resourcing Manager to join our employee team. The Resource Manager is responsible for identifying the right resources for the right initiatives based on required skills, qualifications, and environment. This person will forecast future resourcing needs to enable ttcInnovations to scale effectively as a fast-paced growing organization.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintains a detailed database of consultants, including skill sets and alignment data
Monitors project pipelines and resource forecasting to strategically plan for resourcing needs
Works closely with Relationship Managers to gain specific data points surrounding resourcing challenges in their areas and support resource planning that minimizes business impact
Collaborates with Talent Acquisition Specialists on open positions, keeping them informed of evolving talent needs
Conducts resource allocation by matching consultant experience, skills, and availability to project-based services and Innovators on Demand needs
Serves as the initial point of contact for resource management cross-capabilities
Executes project services or Innovators on Demand consultant engagement offers and follows up with requestor
Collaborates with Operations Admin for assistance issuing engagement offers and tracking responses upon request; inclusive of providing Operations Admin engagement details and service-level agreements (SLAs)
Consults with relevant internal stakeholders for Innovators on Demand consultant engagement resume and sample requirements to best position the candidate to meet client needs
Coordinates Innovators on Demand interview prep sessions, client interviews, follow-ups, and welcome calls in collaboration with the Relationship Managers
Schedules and conducts Innovators on Demand engagement check-ins with the consultant, documents status, and provides updates to the designated Relationship Manager
Creates Innovators on Demand statements of work (SOWs) and change orders, upon consultant acceptance
Collaborates with Operations Admin for assistance issuing Innovators on Demand SOWs and change orders; inclusive of providing Operations Admin contract details and SLAs
Creates Innovators on Demand time logs and monitors monthly for accurate posting
Collaborates with Operations Admin for assistance creating Innovators on Demand time logs
Closely monitors resource utilization and reports on trends to relevant parties
Supports relevant stakeholders by providing consultant profiles, engagement expectation support aligning to offer and SOW, and replacement talent, when applicable
Escalates consultant issues, risks, and feedback to the relevant stakeholders, including documentation to Human Resources even if they are involved
Identifies associated risks, dependencies, and issues related to resources in an informed and considered manner to support planning for their mitigation
Monitors and tracks turnaround time for resource requests and ensures a timely response
Collaborates with Relationship Managers to provide updates, feedback, and selection notifications to resources in the placement process
Attends project close-out meetings to obtain feedback on consultant resources and updates consultant skills databases as applicable

EDUCATION + EXPERIENCE
Ability to manage competing deadlines with limited resources
Minimum of 3 years' experience managing and resourcing complex projects
Ability to work both independently under minimal guidance and collaboratively with large teams
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high sense of urgency and attention to detail
Strong decision-making, prioritization, and communication skills
Excellent active listening skills
Proven history of managing sensitive information in a confidential manner
Superior coordination and diplomacy skills
Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
Learning & Development industry experience preferred
Extensive experience and knowledge of professional consulting services preferred
Certified Resource Management Certified Professional (RMCP) or similar preferred

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
