Job Summary
A financial technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Resource Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Reviewing, and sharing with Project Managers, resource and timesheet data to identify and correct staffing mismatches
- Conducting project reviews and provide recommendations
- Monitoring confirmed demand/resource requests and work with PMs and TLs to review resourcing plans
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Travel when required
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze results, identify patterns, and develop solutions
- A minimum of 4-6 years' Resource Management experience in a mid-sized IT Services organization
- Educated to a minimum Bachelor's Degree level
- Strong Communication skills with the ability to engage with the business to understand issues and communicate solutions
- Understanding of the execution and delivery of Global Services projects and the associated roles and phases involved
