Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Assigning the specialist team to clients based on their skills, previous experience, availability, or project budget
- Managing weekly resourcing priorities using an Agile/Scrum based methodology
- Ensuring staffing plans stay current based on ever-changing client resourcing needs
Qualifications for this position include:
- 2+ years of experience with sourcing/deploying internal resources within an Advertising Agency
- A proven track record with establishing strong relationships with internal teams
- The ability to provide accurate and detailed reporting to the leadership team to maintain the balance of supply and demand
- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to identify and problem solve situations in an efficient manner
- Solid understanding how the staffing role impacts company performance
- Strong time management and project management skills
