Job Summary

A healthcare and retail pharmacy company is seeking a Remote Resource Planning Consultant.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Maintaining and handling incoming emails through the RPESET Moxie inbox related to schedule changes etc
• Developing schedules which effectively deliver staffing levels that consistently achieve service level commitments
• Managing non-productive time request’s, ensuring activities are planned without impacting SLAs

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

• Required to travel when needed
• Minimum 3 years’ Workforce management experience in a multi-site environment
• Expert proficiency using NICE/IEX management application
• Expert knowledge of Avaya Supervisor
• Avaya ACD configuration experience (vectors and VDNs)
• Proficient in MS-Office applications
