Job Summary
A healthcare and retail pharmacy company is seeking a Remote Resource Planning Consultant.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Maintaining and handling incoming emails through the RPESET Moxie inbox related to schedule changes etc
- Developing schedules which effectively deliver staffing levels that consistently achieve service level commitments
- Managing non-productive time request’s, ensuring activities are planned without impacting SLAs
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Required to travel when needed
- Minimum 3 years’ Workforce management experience in a multi-site environment
- Expert proficiency using NICE/IEX management application
- Expert knowledge of Avaya Supervisor
- Avaya ACD configuration experience (vectors and VDNs)
- Proficient in MS-Office applications
