Job Summary
A global medicine development organization is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Respiratory Customer Experience Specialist in Oklahoma City.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Educating HCPs and all appropriate patient facing customers on our respiratory product
- Providing appropriate patient resources and education on access and reimbursement
- Providing patient support services
Required Skills:
- Overnight travel is required based on business and customer needs
- Four (4) or more years’ experience in patient services
- Bachelor’s degree
- Ability to assimilate and communicate complex clinical and product information
- Ability to seek relevant business opportunities to maximize customer experiences
- Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment;
