Job Summary

A global medicine development organization is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Respiratory Customer Experience Specialist in Oklahoma City.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Educating HCPs and all appropriate patient facing customers on our respiratory product
  • Providing appropriate patient resources and education on access and reimbursement
  • Providing patient support services

Required Skills:

  • Overnight travel is required based on business and customer needs
  • Four (4) or more years’ experience in patient services
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Ability to assimilate and communicate complex clinical and product information
  • Ability to seek relevant business opportunities to maximize customer experiences
  • Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment;
