Job Summary
A food service retailer has a current position open for a Remote Restaurant Retail Construction Project Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Working with area real estate managers to prioritize development opportunities
- Helping to create, manage, and execute the development plan
- Providing construction and design recommendations
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Ability to travel 40-50% throughout the state of Florida
- BA/BS degree
- 5 to 7+ years of experience in construction project management
- 2+ years of budgeting experience
- 2+ years of vendor/consultant coordination and management experience
- 2+ years of contract administration and negotiation experience
