Job Summary
A technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Restaurant Talent Acquisition Recruiting Coordinator.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Coordinating and scheduling a high volume of interviews for candidates with speed and efficiency
- Updating candidate records in our ATS system and providing follow-up correspondence to candidates
- Identifying opportunities for improving candidate experience and scheduling efficiency
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience scheduling and supporting recruitment activity
- Experience with MS Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point
- Proven customer service focus
- Experienced team player who loves to bring new ideas to the table
- Able to assist in the coordination of other recruiting activities as needed
