A food delivery company has a current position open for a Remote Restaurant Technology Solutions Customer Success Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Monitoring customer health and acting as an escalation point of contact
  • Collaborating closely with multiple contacts within the customer’s organization
  • Providing effective consultation based on client needs

Required Skills:

  • Minimum 2+ years relevant work experience in account management, enterprise sales, or other related field
  • Excellent project management skills and experience leveraging internal resources and external partners
  • Passion for delivering customer success and a strong interest in advocating for clients
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent
