Job Summary
An entertainment and retail company has an open position for a Remote Retail Customer Order Specialist in Bowling Green.
Must be able to:
- Work 2nd shift
- Support customers through their purchases
- Educate customers on various products
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Meet the Work at Home Technical Requirements
- Previous experience in order service and/or customer service
- Ability to learn, retain and employ multiple order entry systems
- Must be able to sit for long periods of time
- Strong PC skills
- Strong communication skills
