Job Summary
A multi-channel retailer of specialty home products is in need of a Remote Retail Customer Service Agent in Akron.
Must be able to:
- Provide product information
- Address customer questions and concerns
- Successfully negotiate and appease customers
Position Requirements Include:
- 1 - 2 years previous customer service experience
- High School diploma or GED
- Experience in a performance-based or metric-driven environment
- Strong ability to communicate both verbally and written with capable data entry skills
